About Sign PDF
Most everyday paperwork just needs a signature that looks right on the page: a rental agreement, a delivery note, a school consent form, a supplier quote. Printing, signing by hand, scanning and emailing back is slow and produces a worse-quality document each time. Placing a signature directly onto the PDF skips the round trip and keeps the file clean and readable.
The distinction that matters legally: this is a visual signature drawn onto the page, not a cryptographic digital signature backed by a PKI certificate. It does not embed a certificate, does not prove who applied it, and will not show as verified in a reader's signature panel. For contexts that require a qualified or certificate-based signature, you need a certificate authority instead of this tool.
How to sign pdf
