Organize PDF lets you reorder the pages of a document by dragging them into any sequence, then download the rearranged file.
About Organize PDF
Page order goes wrong in predictable ways. A document feeder pulls a stack in reverse, so a 40-page scan comes back last page first. Someone merges an appendix before the conclusion. A form gets scanned with all fronts first and all backs after, giving you 1, 3, 5, then 2, 4, 6. Rearranging visually is far quicker than re-scanning or rebuilding the file from parts.
Drag-and-drop works well up to a few dozen pages. Beyond that, thumbnails become hard to track and it is worth splitting the document, fixing the sections, then merging back. Reordering does not update any printed page numbers inside the content, since those are part of the page image or text, not metadata. If the numbering must match, edit the source before exporting to PDF.
How to organize pdf
- Upload the PDF whose page order you want to change.
- Drag thumbnails into the sequence you want, or rotate pages as needed.
- Click Organize PDF to rebuild the document in your new order.
- Download the reordered file once the server finishes.
