Can I edit the text in the converted slides?
No. Every slide holds a single image of the original page, so text is not selectable or editable. You can still add your own text boxes, shapes and speaker notes on top, reorder slides, and delete ones you do not need.
Why does this tool produce images instead of text boxes?
A PDF contains positioned glyphs, not slide objects. Reconstructing which characters form a title versus a bullet is guesswork, and when it guesses wrong you get a deck with overlapping, misaligned text. Image slides are visually faithful every time, which is what presenting demands.
Will the slides be the right aspect ratio?
Slide dimensions follow the page size of your PDF, so a landscape 16:9 export stays 16:9 and A4 portrait pages produce portrait slides. If you need a different ratio, change the slide size in PowerPoint after opening the file.
Does it work with scanned PDFs?
Yes. Since the tool renders pages as images rather than reading text, scanned documents convert just as well as digital ones. No OCR step is required unless you separately want the text as characters.
Is there a file size or page limit?
Files up to 50 MB are accepted, with no cap on page count within that. Very long documents take longer because each page must be rendered individually. Your upload and the finished deck are both deleted within one hour.
