Edit PDF places new text, shapes, highlights and images onto existing pages at coordinates you choose, measured in points from the top-left corner of each page.
About Edit PDF
This is the tool for annotating and completing a document you cannot regenerate: filling a blank line on a flat form, adding a reference number to a contract, highlighting a clause for a colleague, or dropping a logo into a header. Elements are drawn as a new layer over the page, so the original content beneath is preserved exactly as it was, at full quality.
Positions are given in points, with the origin at the top-left of the page, and there are 72 points to an inch, so a standard A4 page is roughly 595 by 842. It is worth stating plainly what this tool does not do: it will not reflow or rewrite existing paragraphs the way a word processor would. To remove old text rather than cover it, use Redact PDF.
How to edit pdf
- Upload your PDF and choose the page you want to work on.
- Add text, a shape, a highlight or an image and set its coordinates.
- Click the apply button to write your elements into the document.
- Download the edited PDF and check each page you changed.
