About PDF Forms
Application forms, tax declarations, onboarding packs and consent forms are often published as interactive PDFs with real input fields built in. This tool reads those fields, shows you each one with its name, and writes your answers back into the document. No desktop reader, no licence and no account are needed, which helps when you are filling a form on a borrowed or locked-down machine.
The one thing that decides whether this works is whether the PDF genuinely contains form fields. A flat scan of a printed form looks fillable to a human but contains no fields at all, so nothing can be detected or filled. In that case use Edit PDF to place text at the right coordinates instead. Flattening is optional but recommended before you send a completed form on.
