About Extract Pages
Extraction is the mirror image of deleting pages, and it is the better choice when you want a handful of pages from something long. Pulling four pages of methodology out of a 300-page thesis, isolating a single certificate from a scanned bundle, or lifting the pricing table from a proposal to send on its own. Selecting what you want beats selecting the hundreds of pages you do not.
One thing to plan for: extracted pages arrive in the order you selected them, so a run of pages stays sequential but scattered picks follow your selection order. Also remember that extraction copies the visual page only. Form fields keep their appearance, and bookmarks pointing outside the extracted range are dropped, since their targets no longer exist. That is usually what you want when sharing an excerpt.
How to extract pages
